Several measures have been implemented in safety, welfare, employment of women, maternity benefit, harassment, working conditions, child labor, and working hours. Adequate accommodation and shelters for outstation tailors, restrooms, and lunchrooms with pure drinking water facilities are perfectly placed. Workers are open to consuming meals brought by them; however free lunch is provided at the factory canteen. As per the Indian Factories Act of 1948, CCTV, First aid box, Fire extinguishers with the marked area, Fire alarm, Exit signs, Factory layout, and evacuation plans are followed at every workstation. All basic measures about cleanliness, ventilation, lighting, sanitary facilities, health, safety, and welfare of workers are on par with the industry standards.
